Hill House is a comfortable share house located a 13-minute walk from Kami-Itabashi Station on the Tobu Tojo Line, featuring a free music studio, bicycle parking, and a courtyard.

Compared to living alone, share houses offer lower rent and help you save on living expenses. You can also interact with other residents in common areas – a great opportunity to make new friends and discover new hobbies.

Our premises include a free space and a courtyard where you can relax, read, sunbathe, or smoke (no smoking inside the house). We even have a garden where you can interact with our friendly cats!

Fully Equipped Rooms

All rooms are fully equipped with a bed, chair, table, refrigerator, and air conditioning/heating.

Rent and Deposit

The monthly rent plus a common service fee of ¥10,000 (including water, shared electricity, gas, music studio, Wi-Fi, etc.).

The deposit is ¥30,000 and is fully refundable.

What is a Chip-In in Golf?

In golf, a chip-in is when you hit the ball into the cup from a short distance around the green when a full swing isn't possible. As it's a short-range shot, a good chip can go in, giving you a chance to lower your score. A successful chip-in is often admired by yourself and others.
