About the Free Music Studio
Our on-site music studio is a dedicated space available for residents to practice their instruments. To ensure fair and comfortable usage for everyone, we kindly ask that practice sessions are limited to a duration of 1 hour to a maximum of 2 hours. Thank you for your understanding.
Studio Usage Guidelines (Air Conditioning)
In August 2024, we installed air conditioning in the studio. To help us maintain a comfortable environment and conserve energy, we ask for your cooperation with the following:
- Temperature Setting: Please be mindful of setting the temperature at a reasonable level. Excessive temperature differences between indoors and outdoors can strain your body and increase electricity costs. We recommend aiming for an indoor temperature of around 25°C in the summer and 22°C in the winter, while still ensuring your comfort.
- Timer Setting: Upon entering the studio, please turn on the air conditioner and set the timer for either 1 hour or 2 hours according to your practice schedule. This will help prevent unnecessary energy consumption.
We hope you enjoy your time in the studio!
