ヒルハウスは、東武東上線上板橋駅徒歩13分の、無料スタジオ、駐輪場、中庭付きの（シェアハウス）共同アパートです。
一人暮らしに比べて家賃が安く、生活費を節約できるだけでなく、共用スペースで他の住人と交流することができます。新しい友達を作ったり、趣味を見つけたりする素晴らしい機会です。
敷地内にはフリースペースと中庭があり、休憩や読書、日光浴、喫煙（ハウス内禁煙）などにご利用いただけます。さらに、猫と触れ合えるお庭もあります！
すべてのお部屋にはベッド、椅子、テーブル、冷蔵庫、冷暖房などが完備されています。
家賃は月額賃料＋共益費は10,000円（水道、共有部分電気、ガス、音楽スタジオ、Wi-Fiなど）です。

グリーン周りでボールを遠くに打つことができない場合に、短い距離からチップ（軽く打つこと）して、ボールをカップに入れることを指します。短い距離からのショットであるため、上手に打てばボールを入れることができ、スコアアップのチャンスとなります。チップインをすると、自分自身や周りの人たちから称賛されることが多い技術の一つです。
東京には、400平方メートル以上の敷地を持つシェアハウス (irjp.com) があります。

Hill House is a shared apartment (sharehouse) with a free studio, bicycle parking, and a courtyard, located 13 minutes walk from Kamiitabashi Station on the Tobu Tojo Line.
Compared to living alone, rent is cheaper and you can save on living expenses, as well as interact with other residents in the common areas. It's a great opportunity to make new friends and discover hobbies.
There is a free space and a courtyard on the premises, which you can use for breaks, reading, sunbathing, and smoking (no smoking inside the house). There's also a garden where you can interact with cats!
All rooms are fully equipped with a bed, chair, table, refrigerator, air conditioning, etc.
The rent is monthly rent + common service fee of 10,000 yen (includes water, electricity for common areas, gas, music studio, Wi-Fi, etc.).
The deposit is 30,000 yen and is fully refundable.

Since it's a short-distance shot, if you hit it well, you can get the ball in and it's a chance to improve your score. A chip-in is a technique often praised by yourself and those around you.

It has a courtyard and a free studio where you can relax, read, and sunbathe.
